7th of July

I hope you all had a good holiday weekend. Mine was pretty sweet. I did a whole lot of relaxing. I also put together my desk and finished unpacking my room. I should probably take some pictures since I know you all are DYING to know what it looks like. Now I just need to get a super long LAN cable so I can get some internet on my desktop. Curtis and I bummed around the place a lot. I have a Gamecube now since they are only $30 at Gamestop and Phil and Janelle bought me Mario Kart Double Dash so we played a lot of that.

I also have to confess that Curtis has gotten me completely addicted to Sex and the City. Hey, don't knock it until you try it. It's been a couple weeks and I'm already about 6 episodes into season six. Yeah, that's right, six. Fight me.

It's always nice to wake up on a Monday morning to see an Eric post.

I was out somewhere around the time the movie came out, and this group of drunk girls were fighting about how each one of them were Carrie in their group. I mean, there can only be 1 Carrie in the group are you all retarded.

Samantha and Charlotte were way more interesting anyway but do not ask me how I came to that conclusion. >_>

I made the mistake of trying Sex and the City with a girl. It was really uncomfortable watching girls talk about masturbating while sitting next to female friend.

When I first moved in with my wife, I was unemployed., by the end of the first week I had watched her entire DVD collection, including "Legally Blonde". All that was left was the SATC seasons she had. She came home one time and caught me. I went with five of her friends to the movie during opening weekend. I like Charlotte the best. And Carrie is meant to be with Big.

I took my wife to see the movie for our seventh anniversary (I told her it was because the first two movies we saw together were Chicken Run and X-Men, both my choice). The only character I find at all sympathetic is Steve. He represents the way I feel as a viewer: the only realistic straight male in a shallow world filled with pampered, self-absorbed women. I did like the way the Steve-Miranda story turned out.

Lol! I actually boycott all dumb tv fads now. The fact that I don't own a tv really helps that. Lost pissed me off so badly that I didn't give a crap anymore. BSG was awesome until we finished all the seasons out and lost interest while waiting. SG1 is my husband's obsession. I'll just go play my WoW and keep to myself now.

Hey, Have you had any trouble with Shane Lyberger? I notice in the 03 messages that you were trying to find out who he was?
